No service, not even bad service!!! NO SERVICE!!!

Magsathome took over my cosmopolitan subscription from MySubs. It is the 20th September and I am still waiting for my Cosmo (September issue). They emailed me stating I have to renew my subscription now since it will expire end September. I have a full subscription till December??? No response on emails. Terrible service and no delivery of mags...
