No Magazines for 6 months

I have subscribed to CAR magazine to be delivered for quite some time already. My subscription is currently up to date, however I have received my last delivery of CAR magazine September 2014. I phoned to complain in December about poor delivery, and the consultant assured me that I will be switched to hand delivery. <br> 23 Feb 2015 I sent an email, requesting a credit note and delivery of the magazines not received. (Oct 2014 - March 2015 = 6 issues). <br> 24 Feb 2015 the reply stated that I would get a credit of 4 subscriptions, but they could not supply me with the missing magazines. Again confirmed that I was on hand delivery. Stating the March issue will be delivered shortly.<br> 17 March 2015 I still have not received March issue, again a follow up email. Still no response on this matter.<br> Now today 19 March I have had to send yet another follow up.<br> This service is supposed to make it easy to get your magazines. not add to frustration like in this case<br> <br>
