I could get discount on a year subscription for CAR Magazine so decided to get it for my spouse. I sent my first inquiry to RamSayMedia on 7 January 2015. I was battling to get info from them and the light should have gone on then. By 28 January they had received my full year payment. Today is 30 March and after numerous emails back and forth I am still waiting just for the first edition of the subscription. Always another story from their side. They cannot get any simple instructions right and deal with me as if I am mentally retarded!
