MAGSATHOME. CONDUCTING BUSINESS IN BAD FAITH.

I took out a 12 month subscription to the Hello magazine. The first one arrived in February 2018 as arranged, however it was the October 2017 issue. When I complained I got this reply.

It is like subscribing to newspapers that are 4 months old. I tried to cancel the subscription but I never got a reply.
