Absolutely sloppy service! They send you emails and sms messages stating that your magazine is on it's way, you wait for a whole two TWO weeks and still no magazine! I paid my subscription upfront and only the first month's magazine came, I am yet to receive my second month's installment. I am new to this service and I am already fed up and want to give up this service. South African customer service is as bad as it is because of service like this...I am over this service!
