Complementary CAR subscription, its only R20...

<p>So a friend and myself decided to go to the SA Festival of Motoring 2016 event, and was greeted at the entrance with some lovley promotion ladies, promoting CAR magazine, they offered us a 6 months subscription to ther car maggazine, for only R20 as a promotion, my friend got it, I decided not to take it at the gate, and after passing a few more ladies, I aggreed at the gate as we left, I asked them if it was a physical subscription, and not a digital one, and the lady rep**** yes, so I gave her the the money, and went on my way. A few days later, I got a amail for a complimentary digital subscription, and when I querried why I needed to pay if it was complimentary and now a digital subscription instead of a physical one, all I received was replies for proof of payment, and none of my other questions were answered. This is honestly the worst service I have ever recieved, feels like talking to a basic machine.... And worst of all, most people will just accept it, and move on, so be very careful in dealing with these ****** in the future, its the principle of it, not the amount!</p>
