Can't download CAR mag

Tried to login on 7 Dec 2015 and encountered an error. I emailed them and was promised it would be resolved. It is now 27 Jan 2016 and it still has not been resolved. This means after having paid for a digital subscription to CAR magazine I'm unable to download it. My complaint ref no is 527186.
