AM I GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT A MONTH EVERY SINGLE TIME?!

My friend bought me a Food and Home subscription for Christmas. The first month I got the magazine was great. Hand delivered to my door a day after I got the text message telling me it was on its way. The second magazine I had to fight for. I got it a month later after 5 or so phone calls and the last one resulting in me having to get a manager involved. When she got involved I then received it the same day that she called me. I got the text message for the May issue on the 13th of April and thought that after the last monumental ***** up it would be delivered on time. Apparently not as I have sent email after email asking where the magazine is. They either reply saying sorry and that it's on its way and I must allow for 48 hours between it being ordered and delivered but it still hasn't arrived or they do not reply. Here I am, almost half way into the month and still without the magazine I've been waiting for for so long. This is honestly ridiculous. I find it amazing that there are so many *********** people in one company.
