Non delivery

I subscribed to CAR magazine for my husband and for two months now he has not received his mag. Even phoning to follow up has not resulted in success. He doesn't know whether to cancel his subscription or not? Shocking service as the new issues are in the shops but does one buy it or not? Will his ever come and if so will it be on time next month, before the shops get it??
