Mag - Rite in East London Rocks!

If you need rims for your vehicle repaired or refurbished, a #greatbusiness to deal with from the office staff to the floor staff is Mag-Rite. I found them to be very professional, friendly & helpful. Their customer service was fantastic!

I was informed how important it is to check your rims before fitting new tyres, in fact it was clearly demonstrated so I could see for myself. We all go & fit new tyres, have a rim out of balance, so the new tyres takes the shape of that wobbly rim. Result - tyres wear unevenly which means having to be replaced sooner.

The gentleman who assisted me went out of his way to offer advise plus gave me a very good price to have my rims fixed, better than quoted which shows me that it is a genuine business & does not rip customers off.

An auto electrician had worked on my vehicle, & just left the parts for the boot lock lying in the boot, so it would not open with the key or central locking. We had to access the wheel nut from inside the vehicle. To my surprise, when I returned to fetch my vehicle, the parts had been fitted so the boot could open.

After visiting Mag-Rite I was going to have new tyres fitted, the gentleman concerned offered to fit & balance the new tyres if I fetched them, this was done at no extra cost & was very convenient & saved me time & effort. Reason - did not have to visit another supplier & wait for my vehicle there as well.

I had all of my tyres & rim requirements done at one place with excellent service, pricing & helpfulness. It was an absolute pleasure to experience professionalism which these days is very rare.
