Magoo children bean bags

Im extremely upset with my bean bag! I asked the name to be sewn onto the bag and they did so with what seem to be no thought behind it at all. The name is basically underneath the bag on the one side when it is placed on the floor and covers the entire print on the side. The letters are unbelievably and unnecessarily big and tacky!!! I mailed them and they didn't even have the care to contact me back nor apologise. If you do buy from them don't get the naming option as an extra!!! a disappointed customer
