Waiting for refund for more than 3 months

Good day,<br> <br> Myself and my family made a booking to stay at this resort on the 25 April for 3 nights. When we arrived we paid the full amount upfront. Then when we arrived at our chalet the standard and the conditions of this chalet was very disgusting we then turned around did not even off load our luggage and went to reception and complained and the manager said that they will refund me the money. After some weeks of email communication with there manager every time they say they will pay me back but to this day no refund have been made.<br> <br> could you please assist me with what i can do next? <br> <br> Regards
