Poor Service

I went yesterday morning around 8 to order bricks for delivery, I ask the salesperson to send the bricks early the next day. I phone this morning to find out when the bricks will be delivered and the person told me late this afternoon. Very disappointed as I have arranged for the builders to be here. Also, the guy was very rude.
