Waiting for delivery

I emailed this company on Monday 14 December, as I wanted to buy equipment. I was given a quote and paid immediately. I then emailed again requesting confirmation of receipt of payment and delivery date. I still haven't received a reply. I don't know if they've closed for christmas holidays or what. I would think that I would have been advised, if this is the case, that delivery would only be in the new year. With all the ****s on the internet nowadays I really don't know what to think.
