TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THEFT

Gave a product list for a quote, waited months for a reply. They declined having received multiple emails. Finally when the products got delivered, one didn't. For the past month, they have been dodging emails, and most phone calls about this matter. When they did answer initially, it was promised they would deliver it but nothing has arrived 3 weeks later. This is regarded as theft and terrible service. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
