Bad Service at Magnitude Lounge in Gilletts

In August 2018 my husband bought me a voucher for a special Magnitude Lounge was having. R200 for 3 visits doing all sorts of things. Really nice thoughtful gesture on his part, but a total waste of time and money in the end . For reasons beyond my control, I had to wait until Jan to redeem my voucher. I was doing 2 visits in 1. I won't go into detail, but the service i received was shocking. When i mailed the owner Natalie, a few days ago ( i totally understand that she has just had a baby and is under pressure, that's why i have been patient waiting for a reply, her reply to me, was bouncing back so yesterday i sent her a corrected alternate address) and i am still waiting.. All i wanted to know was...

Why are clients that come in with a voucher treated differently to those who are paying full price ? I was watching the lady next to me , and if i had been treated like that, this complaint would not exist. I was also asked after my hair had been hot ironed, if i would like a trim... yet on the voucher it clearly states "Designer Cut" so what is the difference ? Why was my hair hot ironed and then to be "trimmed" ? If they were going to do things differently on me, surely all this should have been explained to me as i sat down. I was so close to tears, i had been looking forward to this appointment.. I thought the idea of having a special was to attract more Clients, not chase them away.. I still have 1 visit left , which i said they can keep.. ( i was not given my voucher back anyway) and if someone ever approaches us in the Checkers Gilletts parking lot again with a voucher from Magnitude Lounge ..I swear i will run him over with my trolley. And i also had to pay in R150, so in total we wasted R350 ..

I have since made an appointment with Renee at Izzy's Panache in Kloof Village Mall. Maybe the Ladies at Magnitude can take a few pages out of their book. They were friendly and the atmosphere was awesome ... So don't go to Magnitude Lounge with a voucher... You won't get the same attention you would as a normal paying client
