Name calling the client and passing bad remarks

Manager was rude when i dropped off my rim for repairs. On arrival there was no one at the counter , they were all behing dark glass in the office. Only one employee I could see working using a loud machine at the back so had to call for his attention by whistling. Manager came out and passed rude remarks about that e.g. \did you bring your dog along with you"<br> <br> His employee also passed rude remarks when I was inpecting my rims on collection e.g. \"" do you need magnifying glassess' . Employee remarking to the manager \"" here is the money for the cheapeyota\"" refering to my payment for my toyota rim.<br> <br> Furthermore their prices are unreasonable "
