stole my money

Gerhard and vennessa were both very friendly and responded to initial emails and calls immediately.<br> We agreed on a moving date and a deposit was payed. From that moment I had no further contact from them. 3 days prior to move I phoned to confirm the time that the truck would arrive. They could not tell me and had long stories why they could only confirm closer to the move.<br> They promised to phone me the day before my move to confirm the time. This was the start of MANY empty promises. They NEVER contacted me. Every attempt to get a time out of them was met with excuses and empty promises to come back to me.The day of the move at 15:00 they admitted that they had a problem with the truck and can only do my move 4 days later. I informed them it was unacceptable to me and since no service was delivered I want my deposit back. Gerhard agreed that they broke contract and would pay the deposit back. The avoiding of phone calls and emails persisted. They **** repeatldy that money was payed in/ will be payed it. Till this day I have not seen a cent. They are ******* and professional lairs!! do not be fooled by their stories. believe the other bad reports, I didn't and lost my money.
