Magnificent removals not so Magnificent.

At first I was blown away on the phone by this character called Gerhard, promising me the best service and how his company is going the extra mile. I did some research on the company and found previous complaint which I questioned him about. He assured me that the accusations was fabricated and told me that it was due to clients not paying. I accepted his version and requested a quotation which I accepted. On the removal day I was shocked when the driver asked me for direction to the town we were moving to and weren't able to tell me where they were going next. They loaded most of our stuff but we left some stuff behind that we had on the list but decided we wont need. They only delivered my load on the 5th day and the driver informed me that some of my stuff was offloaded. Upon questioning Gerhard he told me they made some mistakes and did not realise the jungle gym could not be taken apart and had to be offloaded to make space for another load. He promised my stuff would be delivered the next week. Today more than 5 weeks later and several calls and emails I am still waiting. He now demands extra funds because they made a mistake.
