The worst service ever

I installed a garage door from the same company, however 3 days later the door only open halfway and refused to close and resulted in manual operation. I contacted the company owner who didn't bother to respond to my calls/smses, until i emailed him from work. I was promised that a team will be sent to check but there was no show. I again smsed him and was advised that his team is still busy and when i asked whether they would be rescheduling ,i got not response.

The service deteriorates after installations and payment even though you are guaranteed a year on the product.
