"Terrible Service: Order Never Received and No Response from Magnetic Name Badges"

We are utterly disappointed with the service from Magnetic Name Badges. We placed an order for 6 name badges in May and made an immediate payment upon receiving the invoice. However, to date, we have not received our order.

We have made numerous attempts to contact them electronically and over the telephone, but we had no luck. On the rare occasion that the lady calling herself "Candice" did respond, we were repeatedly told that our order would be finished that day and that they would inform us once it had been sent with a courier company. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, we have yet to receive any response from them.

We are utterly disgusted with their service and demanded a full refund, but our request was ignored. As a business, we would not recommend Magnetic Name Badges to anyone. Their lack of communication and failure to deliver our order is unacceptable.
