Do not use this company

I first emailed on the 6th of February. Asking for 6 badges. Sent the artwork and a photo of exactly what is needed. They sent an invoice for R 429.

I queried the courier fee on the 6th and 7th of February and they ignored my emails. I emailed again on the 16th of February.

On the 19th of February they emailed to say they were in Langebaan so I had to have it couriered. I then paid in full on the 19th of February.

On the 21st of February I was asked to resend all my information because they lost their emails (?). Apparently loadshedding was the reason they lost them (?).

2nd of March I was asked again to resend everything because loadshedding made them lose everything (?)

13th March I emailed to ask what was happening and was ignored. 11th of April I emailed again and was ignored.

24th of March I emailed again and said I was going to report them on HelloPeter as they seem to be a company that does not exist. They ignored me.

13th of April I whatsapped them on the number supp**** on their website. They ignored me until the 17th April. They said the badges would be sent that Wednesday (19th April). They were not sent. I asked again on the Thursday where the badges were. I asked again on the Friday. Ignored on both occasions.

I then looked up the company on HelloPeter and saw that their company is a **** as lots of other people have had the same issues as me, no badges, after being required to pay upfront.

On the 24th April they whatsapped me a random picture of not the badges I ordered to say that they were coming on the 25th. I told them that those were not my badges and then they sent another photo of a template for my badges, with a spelling mistake (I sent them pictures of exactly what I wanted. All that was required was to copy it over.)

They didn’t sent the badges on the 25th. They blamed it on the fact that they had made a spelling mistake and so I should be grateful that they didn’t send me badges with a spelling mistake (??) They have not yet sent anything and it is now the 2nd of May.

This company does not exist. They take your money and do nothing with it. Please do not give them your business. They don’t do what they promise they’ll do.
