Can somebody please set up my internet

I signed a contact with magnet to have my Internet installed and paid them upfront via my debit card. This was on the 14.05. Since today nobody has come to me to confirm and appointment. I contacted my sales person on the 02.06.2015 to raise a complain but so far nobody has contacted me. Really not happy about that service.
