A neighbour in price road Constantia introduced Magnate Projects to us in 2014 when they were working in our street. We had a nightmare working with contractors when we approached our neighbour explaining our previous experience with builders. That was 8 years ago when our neighbour said if you want any building project done right you must keep this contact he said this while sipping coffee in his home office holding kelvin from Magnate group’s business card. We kept his contact and decided to do a major renovation this year in September. Our architect gave us a few other contractors to consider but we went with our neighbours’ advice and hired Kelvin and Magnate projects. The project included extensions with special foundations and a lot of alterations work including making open spaces and extending upwards. Other builders estimated the project to take at least 3 months. Magnate projects came in on the first week of September and the project was completed in less than the 3 months and under budget. We then used the rest of the money to pave the back of our property with the Magnate team of pavers and donated some to our favourite charity in observatory. It was an extraordinary ride. The fact that this company did almost everything from building, demolitions, plumbing, tiling, electricals, flooring, painting, bulkheads ceilings, paving and a lot more made us save on both money and time. They managed the project including negotiating supplier’s discounts on the materials they bought one can only highly recommend such a company. Thank you kelvin and Magnate team.
