Poor service from Magnador

I bought Security shutters from Magnador in June 2020. I chose them because their lead time to install was shorter than their competitors’.

The product itself is not bad at all but the service from Magnador was unfriendly and their installation was a bit clumsy - they even broke my window during the installation. The communication between the sales team and installation team was very bad as the installation team initially refused to do what was “sold” by the sales team. The fact that they are not the manufacturer of the product added some strain because they couldn’t resolve everything that needed to be resolved. The manufacturer had to send their own technician to fix the problems.

It is better to choose a company that manufactures its own shutters.

The rating is not based on the quality of the shutters, it’s based on the Overall service from Magnador - as the Agent and installers.
