Excellent Staff and Product

In an age where service is extremely poor, I had one of the best experiences in years. The staff from Magnador, Cape Town, went out of their way to assist and accommodate my requirements. The sales representative, Robin, was professional energetic and helpful. The staff that fitted the burglar bars and security gates were professional and did excellent work.

The welders worked extremely neatly and delivered a high quality product with reference to the new instalations and the old burglar bars that they adapted to fit in to other spaces.

The welding manager, Ghani, personally came to my house in order to determine how to customize certain product for my house's specifications.

Furthermore their prices were excellent and well below the other businesses that quoted.

I think that a lot of companies can learn a thing or two from this company in this day and age.
