Pathetic

After waiting 6 months for delivery after a few complaints , to helping offload my own goods because of complaining staff and taking out FULL insurance on my goods to receiving a cracked tv few missing goods , and to hear I cannot submit my insured goods because full insurance actually means all goods must be lost or all goods must be broken . The 6 month waiting period wasn't enough headache I have to replace my own goods I paid for , paid to export and paid to insure . Pathetic company to say the least
