Nine months from Joburg to Melbourne.

During the packing process we lost various items in the house. After almost 9 months of waiting for our container, not a typo - 9 months, some boxes had been opened and items were missing. Oddly they were the expensive items like three laptops. Other issues - they left several kitchen cupboards unpacked, I called the company and was told it was my fault. I had paid for a strongbox to hold several items of value, as a precaution for theft, when I unpacked I found several of these items had been hidden inside regular cardboard boxes. The actual packing was terrible and we have many items that are unusable after this move due to the bad packing. The move with this company has been a disaster from end to end. Just consider, our house was packed 9 months before we received our items, during this time we had to replace most things - I'm sure it's our fault, valuable items were lost - again I'm sure our fault, and we've had incredibly rude service from management.
