WARNING - Shoddy workmanship and incomplete work

Signed contract for a full revamp of existing pool. Including a new khoi pond and rock features with slide for the pool. First ***** up was on color of slide. Delayed project by 3 weeks. Then it was workers were drunk, or didn't pitch up for work, or they cannot work without the slide, or whatever else dumb excuse they could come up with. Next ***** up was with pavers. Wrong color ordered again. Delayed project nearly a month. Initial project was estimated to be 6 weeks. 8 weeks were set aside for possible delays. End of January 2016, was 4 MONTHS since start of project, and it is STILL INCOMPLETE. We gave them an ultimatum to finish EVERYTHING by end Jan. They agreed, as they ALWAYS DO, only they don't come to work!!! 9 days on site, for Jan alone!! Last ***** up was on laying of the pavers. They have NO CLUE what they are doing, repeated attempts to correct glaring inconsistencies were met with \Don't worry, we will fix it\". \"Don't worry, we will be long done by then\". \"Don't worry, we will finish it\". YA RIGHT!!! After ultimatum expired, they contacted us 2 Feb, to ask what is the way forward. CON ARTISTS! ********! *****! *******! I wish I had been forewarned. "
