Maglight SA service delivery.

Good Day, I made a online purchase on the 23/11/2023 to Maglite SA for two globes, a three cell battery and battery charger, 1) the globes were R 709.00. 2) battery pack (3 x cell) and charger R1789.98. I was informed that delivery by courier would be in early December 23 before the close of the festive season, after which only the two globes were delivered.

I had communicated with a person by the name of Paul, and had to date sent 24 whattsapp messages and numerous calls to enquire as to the timeline on the delivery of the battery pack and charger. I was informed at the beginning of February 2023 by Paul that there was a backlog in the manufacturing of the battery pack and chargers ( I was informed on the 23 November 2023 that they had 3 in stock) and would receive the outstanding items in the second week of February 2023. To date I have made calls and sent emails to which I have had no response. I think that this action is a dis-service to Maglight SA and poor reflection of their commitment to the public country wide.
