Magitex inferior quality job

<p>Magitex agreed to paint the exterior of our building and waterproof two balconies for the sum of R65 000.00. This included a 10 year guarantee. Now some 3 years later the balconies and walls are showing damp and the paint is cracked and flaking off the walls.They guaranteed to do the work for 10 years and now refuse to come back and rectify their poor wormanship.</p>
