MAGITEX - 10 YEAR ********

Magitex was supposed to seal the pa****ts of my house, clean the roof and resurface same. They offered a 10 year guarantee. What a joke! The paint did not adhere to the IBR and started peeling off the roof within two days of the job being completed. The pa****t seals have cracked to the extent that the rainwater has seeped through the painted membrane and ceilings in my house. Now I have to get another company to redo the whole job AND ON TOP OF IT, replace my wooden ceilings that have warped. Beware of Magitex and their poor workmanship.
