When The Law is placed in Disrepute

The only credit the courts seem to have is that they are listed in the list of courts. A tenant in a flat of a family business, in Primrose (Kugan Naidoo - ID Number *** and Cell: ***) [305 Drakensburg Flats, Primrose), has not paid rent for more than two years since December 2022. The matter was taken up by Maenetja Attorneys *** and *** and *** (***), of Pretoria, to litigate in the magistrate's court for him to settle outstanding rent for the lease he has signed over the years.

The matter is still pending in court, and we are not even getting what the hold-up is. The attorneys involved also seem not to know or keep us informed. No small business can stay for more than two years paying the bank loan (ABSA), and paying the Body Corporate, and Municipal rates for a rogue tenant who is now much more than an ******* squatter because his stay in the flat is now no longer in line with the contract (lease agreement). He has violated the contract, which is almost similar to its repudiation, except he keeps staying in there as a rogue perhaps an Asian who has come to colonize a flat in Germiston from an African BEE firm with impunity.

The experience is putting the entire justice system into disrepute, which is unconscionable. we are not getting proper information as to why the matter takes this long and is still continuing, while the man enjoys a free ride, and we have to pay all these other things for him. Now our business risks getting insolvent as he is draining it with the assistance of and using the instrumentality of the Justice system.

The GNU, as it is called, is in existence, but the system seems to defy all its efforts to have various voices in South Africa represented in governance. Could it be that we are suffering the brunt of these sanctions or is gross mismanagement and incompetence? Complaining at the Legal Practice Council took us more than four years to complete in a recent complaint against another attorney, P.J. Lourens in Nelspruit. So going that route is another four years of Naidoo enjoying the free ride and bankrupting us in the process.

What is a good law-abiding citizen to do, when the judicial system is not working? Should they resort to anarchy? Should form new revolutions? why would a legal and justice system benefit ********s and ******* at the expense of the law-abiding ones? Is that not a clear calls for anarchy in which every man will not engage in self-help? If the justice system is not working, what is the? and on whom and to whom?
