Unprofessional staff and services

My son was arrested for drunk driving after his Xmas party. He wasn't even that drunk, he had 2 drinks. He paid 1500 bail and had to go to court, when he has to get his bail money back, they say there is something wrong with the system and can't pay him. Everyone else that was arrested with him got there money back but not him. I am very confused as to how everyone else got there money but not him.
