Unjust service delivery by Clerks office placing my life in danger

On 4Feb2021 I've app**** for a pretection order at Mitchell's Plain Magistrate Court Domestic Violence clerks office. I was explained I have to come back in the following day to get the outcome at the Interdict office and when I asked for a copy I was told no. On 5Feb I went and was told that my Interdict was approved. I asked for a copy. The lady explained that the Respondent would be served and if she would do anything that I should report to the nearest police. I asked for a copy and still denied. I asked what I must do if they asked for the copy and she said I do not get one. On 8Feb I went to Divorce Court to update my divorce case file and found out that the case file RCD/MP 872/2020 was missing and clerk was looking for it. I was told that I needed to come back and give Respondent time to respond to the plea. But I went back in last week to check up on the case file and clerk took my copies to make up a duplicate case file in order to have my docs available even though the Clerk cannot account for the complete case file. On 8 Feb I went back to Interdict office to request to open another Protection order application and was told I can't. Also that the Interdict on system was a notice to a Interdict and not a Protection Order. Which means I was **** to by the clerks office. I was also not assisted properly by the Interdict clerk and my Interdict was not accepted to be serious. I am currently being rejected by the police station both Mitchell's Plain and Strandfontein as I can't open a domestic violence case against the Respondent. The interdict does not help and I need this matter to be attended to in your soonest convenience. Regards Vernon
