Umbumbulu court

Earlier this year of 2020 my mantainance money stopped coming in I than went to umbumbulu magistrate courteney to enquire as it was done things the 1st place and was told my file have been misplaced/lost...thy tried looking for it but couldn't find it ...I was given a form to take to my bank ....something i have done previously in the year 2018 due to covid couldn't get a chance to fill in the form i than went last week to the bank and form was filled in with my banking details that were lost in the file ...went and dropped the form ...on friday I was than called and told my money has been deposited into an old account that i had closed in 2016 ...iam not sure how much a new account got removed from the system and entered an old closed account...since than I have not gotten any feedback ...
