Too slow

We had a court case that was scheduled for 2pm, and we were there at 1:30pm. To my dissatisfiction...It was a team of us given this appoint and we were only attended to after 4pm. To think i had to be at work by 3 and I ended up spending most of my afternoon there. No urgency at all from their officers.
