Thlabane magistrate court

Thlabane Magistrate court in Rustenburg have been the worst place ever for me and my child, I'm a single mother and have been collecting my childs money from the court, but for the past six years i have been having the same problem my childs money was send to the court by the fathers Company and we have not been getting all the monies due to us, i went to Legal aid with no help and even approach the public protector in Rustenburg i was help by a person for the past four years with no results at all, now iam being help by someone else who is always struggling to get hold of the person resposible to give him answers. everytime you call someone is on leave either study or sick leave, my daughter could not make it to her matric dance last year cause we have been striuggling to get the money. Currently i reside in the East of Johannesburg i get no maintenance because my files are at Thlabane maintenace court and i was told if i remove them i will forfeit that money. I have tried everything even send a letter to the court Manager and Chief Magistrate at that court with no feedback, i need help please,i now will go to the media maybe i will get their attention.
