refund of legal services fees

I was arrested on the 13th August 2015 late at night, I contacted legal defender for lawyer to arrange my bail, and they told me will only get a lawyer the next day. The following day of the 14th August nothing happened no lawyer was arranged for me. they never even bothered to contact the police station to find out about my release I contacted them in the morning and reminded legal defender about the representative and I contacted them again at 12 o'clock but nothing was done until when I was charged late at 16h00 and they told me they don't have a lawyer that side, which I find very interesting cause they should've arrange with a lawyer way before it doesn't matter how far the lawyer was in the country. .Then I contacted them to ask then what should be done and Nthabiseng assisted me she told me I can get any lawyer around I know they arrange bail for me and I spoke to the investigating officer who referred me to Mr Leseka and I ask Nthabiseng to speak to the investigating officer and Mr Leseka (attorney ) which she did and I paid Mr Leseka R3500.00 for his services and also R1500 for my bail.all i request is a refund of what i paid the lawyer because they shouldve paid themselve
