Perminant shower for familys at family court

<p>For the past 3 weeks there has been a constant water flow at johannesburg family court asif there a perminant shower running on the roof and seeping down now thats no way government should operate cant offer free showers to hobos when there are familys deciding on who recieves their children between parents not a good sight or smell at all ,good luck</p>
