Maintenance money in arrears by 5 months.

I have a pending maintenance case since January I haven't been receiving maintenance money. I have alerted the court filled out forms but nobody knows what the status of my case is. I have given every document they ask me for yet my calls+emails remain unanswered, meanwhile my son's school fees is not being paid which has resulted in the school handing the account over to debt collectors.
