Maintenance applications taking longer than stipulated

I app**** for maintenance on the 23 August 2016, in their posters it says 6months but up until today m still attending court, the child s father doesn't even come to court but nothing is been done on that regard no consequences for him. About 2warrant of arrest issued n they failed he comes after those n they be revoked. He was ordered to pay R600 since 11/5/2017 he agreed n sign but s not paying n still nothing is being done. I feel like the court is being biased, they taking his side n the baby is suffering. I v been attending court until I sustain a bad record at work for leave of absence. I feel like m being punished for enforcing responsibility from the child s father. Our next date is 26 February 2018. M emotionally tired. N I feel like justice in this country is for ppl with money n men. It has failed my child.
