Magistrate Court Stamford Hill, S Maphumulo soon to be retiring so called Judge! Disgusting creature!!!

Wow the people here are all amazing, very helpful, very kind. Besides this one horrible, disgusting rude so called magistrate judge Maphumulo in court R on the 8th floor. She is disgusting. My mum was going to have her divorce finalized. She was due in court at 9am 24 February 2020. We got there at 8.20am. We waited and then my sister and mum proceeded into the court room. A few other people walked in after 9am. My mum was called and her papers were presented to this Maphumulo woman. She looked at them and said that my father had signed two sections, he had signed the I the part where it said intention to defend and intention not to defend. Everywhere else the papers stated not to defend. This was an honest mistake. Now for people who are not lawyers or legal folk. How were my parents to understand that there was this error. These papers went back and forth through multiple people. No one picked it up. Yet now it was picked up on the court day? So she mumbled to my mother and told her to go fill some form and send it to my father. He must sign it and send it back. Mind you he works in a different city so he would only be able to email it. We went down, a lady by the name of Rene assisted in scanning it for us. We sent it back to him. He was at work, so he could not be on his phone until later that day. At around 12 he sent it back and the lady Rene was going to print it for us. For some reason it did not want to pick up on her email, our phones started dying, she even charged our phone for us. Just before one I explained the situation to Rene and she told me that everyone goes on lunch at 1pm and that my mum should just go and inform this Maphumulo woman that we were still there, she was just trying to print out the form for us. My mum and younger sisters went down to inform her. My mother is one of the most soft spoken people you will find, she is polite and never raises her voice. She always says please and thank you. She went to this horrible Maphumulo woman and said, "excuse me, I just wanted to tell you that we are here, we are just trying to get the email to send and print." Maphumulo says rudely, "it's 1pm, I'm going home, I am withdrawing this, go and get me a date from where you were now, I have no time to wait for you, you are too slow, hurry up!" how dare some person speak to my mother like this?! How dare you? My mum came back and explained what had happened. Mind you, initially at 9:00 in the morning when she initially told my mother, get the form and have it signed by my father. She didn't stipulate a time she wanted my mum back. We went back to the floor 1 offices and spoke to a lady who gave us a court date in May. My mother politely complained and explained the story to the lady, we were told that Maphumulo resigns at the end of February. Isn't she lucky. She gets to treat people like filth and retire peacefully, without any sort of conscience. We went back to give the Maphumulo woman the date, she asks this woman, is there anything else I need, she doesn't give my mother eye contact nor even once, she snorts her nose, mumbles to herself and says, "your court day is in May." My mother probably tired of this Maphumulo woman's behavior politely says, do you know you are a very rude person. All of a sudden Maphumulo woman jumps up and says, "move from here now, move." She instructs the lady taking notes, "call the police." And runs for her exit to the Chambers. Before she goes, my sister asks, "what must she call the police for?" and I say, "you are and old woman, why don't you grow up?" So just like that, she gets to treat my mother like "s***", postpones my mother's court date for another 3 months, gets to say call the police when we pointed out the obvious, runs out of the court after she is in the wrong, and still gets to retire happily. Wow! If only you knew the run around we had to do for these papers from June 2019. And now it is postponed to May 2020 out of spite and rudeness for no seemingly apparent reason. I really hope you Maphumulo get what's coming to you.
