Magistrate court Esikhawini

We have been trying to get a Letter of Authority at the Magistrate court in Esikhawini since January after our father passed away, but have been time and again being denied by the two ladies working at that office. At one instance they insulted our mother saying she rushes for insurance money. Till this day we still don't have the Letter of Authority.
