Life in danger and randburg magistrates court refuse to help

<p>Hi there hope you're well.</p> <p>Today I went to randburg magistrates court to get a protection order for myself and my siblings because ive got a direct neighbour thats giving death threats to my face over the whole easter weekend, talking about getting gangsters(the family members) to come around and endanger our lives as well as damage my cars..ive got recordings and messages as proof.</p> <p> </p> <p>I filed a report at the police station, next step was going to court, to get the protection order ...the lady on duty at the time and date -11:30am and 12 today 18/4/17 refused to give me what I came for/entitled to!</p> <p>she had a VERY DISGUSTING attitude and said the incident had to happen more then 3times..i went to the police and they confirmed thats a bunch of bull****..</p> <p>I wasted a whole UNPAID day all so that the law couldnt help me. This is really DISGUSTING!!!!</p> <p>How the hell do you only get a protection order after the 3rd incident!! By then its too late!! Somebody would have died after the first time!</p> <p> </p> <p>She wouldn't give me her name..but this happened at Randburg Magistrates Court on 18/4/17 between 11:30am and 12 in the afternoon.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help me with this, as this is no excuse to anybodies rights regarding the law.</p>
