Late payments

Good Day<br> <br> I have been receiving my daughters maintenance since 2011 at first things were fine. 2012 problems started one December I did not receive my daughters payment because they double paid some lady and I had to wait the whole of December Holidays while other parents shop for their little ones for this lady to pay my money. I suffered that December because of their negligence! they then changed my payment dates from 1st to the 15 without consulting me and when you call them to ask about what's happening with the payments they give you attitude or just hang up on u. Mind you if I always receive the money on the 1st that means all my daughters toiletries and food by month end are finished, I have to now go get a loan n wait till the 15th. Fine payments continue to come in on the 15 till last year were they sometimes pay u on the 15th or 20, 25 even month depending on their mood. Now they don't even answer our calls when we call the number that they've provided for us to check on our payments. The worse part about this that when you call and ask the companies if have they not sent the maintenance money to the magistrate court they tell you all payments are sent out month end.
