Late Maintenance payment and defiance of court order

just been to Mamelodi Magistrate Court now to lodge a complain about maintenance being paid late. the father of my kids used to pay maintenance late so magistrate ordered that the company (CellRoy, ********** 759) must pay me out my husband's salary, and the company received the order, so things have changed, the father of my kids is the one who is depositing the money and he deposit the money late which magistrate ordered that i should be paid by the company as the father of my kids was paying late and some times he doesn't pay. i had the problem with the company almost every month they paid late, previously there were about two months the company never deposited the money as i was working i had to put the food on the table which was too much for me. today i went to magistrate court and at the reception i told them my problem as it persist every month and they said there is nothing they can do about my problem. meaning magistrate's order is useless.
