It has taken one full year to summons the father

Between the Knysna and George Magistrates court it has taken one full year to summons the father for more maintenance and it is still not done. They do not follow up and if I do not phone them every single week no follow up or reply is taken. Being a mother of two boys I am not sure what more to do in this new South Africa. One can see the deterioration of this country in our courts and hospitals. Terrible, terrible service and what happens to the poor mothers who are less privileged than me.
