Incompetency of an officer

I'm here reporting an *********** officer at Ga-Rankuwa maintenance court He goes by name or Mr Molaudsi The man really need a serious training regarding his work his incompetency will ruin people's lives in the future and I'm pretty sure I'm nor the only who has an issue with him as a male person all need is he needs to get a proper training as a mediator between two parents being in that place I felt like I was not recognized or even heard
