I dont know wat to do

Hello peter i went to Durban high magistrate court to plead for a divorce order it been two months now the guy who is working looks like doesn't care i told him I want to claim my dads money, he keeps on saying it hasn't come to me come after a week two months i have been doing that am angry now coz we want live at home children want to go and study because of some pple who doesn't want to help others. Once this claim iwant to claim expires please sue them for me
